Vladimir was a brilliant multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter. Before his death in 2013, Vladimir had been a key part of Grand Union for 30 years.
He has appeared on most of our album releases and starred in the vast majority of our live shows.
He emigrated from Chile to England in the 1970s, a political refugee from General Pinochet’s violent and oppressive regime.
