Grand Union Voices

Grand Union Voices formed the mainstay of our last spectacular show
What the River Brings at St John on Bethnal Green on Saturday July 14th, and a number of other events during the summer of 2018. Plans for 2019 are under discussion, and full details will be revealed in due course

Originally called the World Choir, Grand Union Voices was formed specially for Undream'd Shores at the Hackney Empire in November 2014, to represent and celebrate the extraordinary variety of cultural communities now living in London. It played a crucial role in that show, seen to great effect in this video of highlights:

Grand Union Voices is led by the charismatic, respected and highly experienced choir director Naveen Arles BCA. It has performed many times since its Empire debut, most notably as part of the Southbank singing festival over the Easter weekend and Grand Union's  Cable Street shows.
